PB&J VEGAN ICE CREAM

Ingredients

Scale

4 ripe bananas

4 tbs crunch peanut butter

2 tbs maple syrup

Pinch of sea salt

I tbs of jam of choice


Instructions

Place the bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup and salt into a jug of a high-speed bender, and process until smooth and creamy.

Pour the mixture into a container with a lid. Place small dollops of jam into the mixture and ribbon through with a fork.

Place the lid on the container and freeze for 12 hours or overnight.

Serve.
