VANILLA PROTEIN BALLS

Ingredients

Scale

¼ cup macadamias

¼ cup cashew butter

½ cup desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling

¼ cup oat flour

1/3 cup Fossil Shell Flour (I use the brand Supercharged Food – Heal Your Gut Powder) See notes for more information

2 tbs maple syrup

2 tsp of vanilla bean paste

2 tbs of soft coconut oil


Instructions

Place the macadamias in a high-speed food processor until they resemble bread crumbs.

Add all of the remaining ingredients and process until combined.

Roll one heaped teaspoon of mixture into a ball and roll in coconut to coat.

Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours to set.

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for 1 week.
